Shipping

All orders placed before 21:00 CET are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 21:00 will be shipped on the following day.

Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch.

Free shipping on all orders over 799 DKK.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return your items for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Period

Please make sure that your return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Customers must purchase and pay for their own return shipping label.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that your return package is sent directly to the address above. Do not send your return to a parcel shop, pickup point.

If you do not use the original shipping bag when returning your order, an additional 5 DKK fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please ensure that:

  • The item has not been worn, used, washed, or altered.
  • All original tags and hangtags remain attached and are undamaged.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including the original bag.
  • The item is securely and responsibly packaged for return shipping.
  • The item has not been exposed to smoke, perfume, or other strong odors.
  • The returned product is the same item that was originally sent to you.

Returns We Do Not Accept

We reserve the right to reject a return if:

  • The item shows signs of wear or use.
  • The 14-day return period has expired.
  • The item has been improperly or insufficiently packaged.
  • The item has been exposed to smoke, perfume, or other strong odors.
  • Original tags or hangtags have been removed, damaged, or are missing.
  • The returned item does not match the product originally sent to you.
  • The item is not returned in its original condition or packaging.

Inspection & Refund

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, the item will be carefully inspected to ensure that it meets our return requirements.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Terms

Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for items returned within the 14-day return period and in accordance with all of our return requirements.

Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will automatically be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
